A note to anyone who needs to call ANY customer...
Treat them with respect. People in the customer service industry take more verbal abuse than anyone I know. Day in and day out they have to listen to people call them names and berate them because a channel isn’t working, or their cable was turned off because THEY didn’t pay THEIR bill, or ESPN isn’t playing the game that they want to watch.
